Rosemary is an herb that is easily accessible at most groceries and is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. A little goes a long way with this herb and when cooking with it, the flavor is best when oil or broth is lightly cooked with a sprig or two of rosemary to infuse the flavor. It can also be chopped finely and sprinkled into a dish. Paired with salmon which is a source of healthy fats it is a tasty combination.
